What forms of shipping do you provide?
We can ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS (US Mail), although FedEx is our preferred method of shipping unless stated otherwise by the customer. We will ship as soon as practical after your payment is received. Typical handling time is 1 business day. Shipment takes 2 days and requires an adult signature.
Is there an inspection period?
Yes — every item includes a full 7-day inspection period, beginning the day it is received. This is an unconditional money-back guarantee, allowing you to review the item with complete confidence.
Do you have Layaway?
We proudly offer a convenient 3-month layaway option for our customers. A 25% minimum down payment is required to secure any item, followed by at least one payment each month until the balance is fully paid.
If you anticipate needing additional time, please contact us in advance. We greatly appreciate open communication and are often able to accommodate reasonable extensions.
Terms of Service Policy
LAYAWAY
We are pleased to offer layaway on any eligible purchase. A minimum down payment of 20% is required to secure an item, and this deposit is non-refundable. Layaway payments must be made at least once per month, with the balance paid in full within 3 months (90 days) from the original purchase date.

CONSIGNMENT
We are always happy to accept quality items on consignment. Our consignment fee is 13% of the final sale price or $100, whichever amount is greater. Once photographs are taken and an item has been listed, ww2collectibles.com is entitled to a $100 listing fee for the work completed on each individual item.
All consigned items are handled in accordance with our standard Terms of Sale, including layaway policies. Consignor payments are issued within 30 days following the completion of our 7-day inspection period.
Please contact us prior to sending any items so we may provide you with our full consignment agreement and answer any questions you may have.
RETURNS
Every collectible firearm we offer comes with a full seven-day, non-firing inspection and return period, beginning the day the item is received. This provides ample time for the buyer to personally inspect the firearm or seek a second opinion from another collector or expert. Photographs may be shared for verification, and any claims we make may be confirmed or refuted within this window.
We stand behind our descriptions with a 100% money-back guarantee. If a return is initiated, we will refund the full purchase price minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returned items must be received unfired and in the same original condition as when they left our possession.
Please Note:
We do not cover outside gunsmithing or evaluation fees without prior written approval. Should a firearm require mechanical attention, we will repair it at no cost as long as the issue is reported within the seven-day inspection period.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In the event a customer cancels an order after credit card payment has been processed, the order may be subject to applicable processing fees if the cancellation is due to buyer error.
SHIPPING
We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, with FedEx as our preferred carrier unless the customer specifies otherwise. Orders are dispatched as soon as payment and any required licensing documents have been received. Most shipments are sent via Priority Mail and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
FFL SHIPMENTS
A valid Federal Firearms License is required for all shipments of modern firearms. An FFL 01 is required for standard transfers, while an FFL 01 or FFL 03 Curio & Relic (C&R) license may be used for eligible firearms classified as Curio and Relic (generally those 50 years of age or older). In all cases, we will adhere strictly to the most current ATF regulations.
Once we have a copy of your FFL on file, additional copies are not required until the license expires or is renewed. FFL documents may be submitted by mail, fax, or email, provided they include a clear, legible address and signature.
Pre-1898 antique firearms and non-firearm items are exempt from these licensing requirements.
APPRAISALS
We are pleased to offer appraisal services for all WWI, WWII, and Korean War–era firearms. A modest appraisal fee applies; however, if we ultimately purchase the firearm, that fee will be fully waived.
SALES
All of our items can be viewed and purchased directly through ww2collectibles.com. While we do not operate a full-time retail storefront, private appointments may be scheduled for in-person viewing of our merchandise.
Most items listed on ww2collectibles.com are available; however, due to sales occurring by phone, email, or in person, an item may occasionally sell before it is removed from the website. We make every effort to keep our listings as up to date as possible.
Orders may be placed through our website shopping cart, by phone, or via email. We accept Credit Cards (no additional fee), Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers as standard forms of payment.
Sales tax will be applied when required by applicable laws.
PLEASE NOTE: The only way to guarantee that an item is reserved for you is to complete the purchase directly on ww2collectibles.com. An email or voicemail inquiry does not secure an item, even if your message is received prior to another customer completing the purchase.
