Description
An original German Social Welfare medal, fourth class, die struck alloy award(Ehrenzeichen für Deutsche Volkspflege) constructed in silvered tombac, complete with original ribbon, the obverse depicts a pebbled Geneva cross, with German National Eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, the reverse has the inscription “Medaille Für Deutsche Volkspflege” Medal for the care of the German People. The medal measures 38.46mm in diameter, weighing 23 grams in excellent condition.
