History
The Springfield M1903, often referred to simply as the “’03 Springfield,” was one of the most iconic and dependable bolt-action rifles fielded by American forces in the early 20th century. While originally adopted in 1903, the rifle remained in service well into World War II, serving alongside the semi-automatic M1 Garand as a marksman’s tool and a symbol of American military precision.
